The script for this program was written by Mr Owen L. Stitz, who was twice a United States roller skating champion. Dr Donna Capka, Ph.D, designed the protocol for a research project with the hypothesis that those subjects using the subliminal suggestion tape - Group A - would report greater improvement in self-concept, attitude and performance over time, as compared to Group B - using the conscious suggestion tape and Group C - using the white noise relaxation tape.
